Now i understand why they called it a low ball offer from AQN and why they are afraid of the proxi.
They are only concerned about THEIR paycheck.
Easy you put a value on it that nobody wants to pay and every year you give yourself a MEGA bonus.

If you don't like that as a shareholder, the only thing you can do is sell. They do NOT care.
