RE: an honest question

RE: an honest question

What are these "interim financial arrangements" you're fantasizing about? They do not exist. The facts remain: AXI is dead broke, the feasibility study will cost at least $5 million, and the debenture, which was supposed to pay for the feasibility study costs, is 4 months late.

*

AXI can't put the costs of the feasibility study on the company charge card. If they're not paying for the study (monthly, quarterly, whatever) then progress on the study stops. That's basic business practice. No vendor is going to allow a client in a precarious financial situation to run a $5 million tab.
