Valuation for TRR
Valuation for TRR I thought I would share a chart I made for myself that illustrates what effect various gold in ground valuations would have on the TRR share price. I used enterprise value (EV) instead of market cap to ensure TRR gets credit for it's large cash position. For cash, I assumed TRR has about $85M ... I know we have had upwards of $100M not long ago, but with drilling going on, we will definitely be burning through some, so just to be conservative I used $85M.
I calculated the share prices based on fully diluted shares of 198.96 million. As you can see, there are two columns for share price value; one column gives TRR credit for Cote Lake only (6.8 million ounces) and the other column gives TRR credit for it's combined Cote Lake / Jerome / Chester assets (approximately 8.4 million ounces).
It will be interesting to see what valuation the big money players give this stock and thus where it puts us in the chart. Monday will be interesting, for sure.
Good luck to all TRR longs.
