It certainly has been disccussed on this board and the possible rationale (other than what you just posted which I will add to in a moment).
Personally, I am trying to not spend anymore time and thought speculating on the potential reason(s) for this. However, I have spent some time over the last two months digging deeper in my dd re, Urocidin, Endo and bladder cancer. From what I have learned/confirmed I am more confident than ever of a potential positive outcome (realizing nothing is for sure). Most of this I have shared on this board.
The key for me is Endo has made a very substantial $ commitment to Urocidin in currently absorbing all of the costs of this second phase III clinical trial (an estimated cost of $60-80 million for this trial alone...which I get much reassurance typing that figure). TP's posts of every new clinical trial site added to this trial (now in its second year) continue to top-up this confidence. I have no problem waiting till things begin to unfold, in due course, and the market recognizes Urocidin's/BNC's value (although very disappointed in current sp).
Now having said the above, Zep, you make a valid point in your post which prompts this thought. Endo's AGM has been at the end May so I assume the same for 2012. I do not own shares of Endo but maybe it's time to just for the option to attend their AGM and ask a question or two or three. I believe as long as one owns shares prior to an assigned "record date" (usually about a month prior to AGM), you are eligable to attend. Food for thought.
