RE: RE: today qsolar has announced a best

the difficulty is that we don't know the exact amount of equities that the company would plan to set aside for this private placement. the trenches may be good in that the company will be working hard to try to keep the equity from becoming too dilutive--it is definitely a compromise and i  admit i have come across very hard because i like to know how much equity will be considered for equity financing--if necessary. my calculation of 6 million shares at .50 is looking at the worst case and may not take form--so i guess i was prematurely storming out on this. i think my problem rests with the fact that licensing is the way of going and the company continues to resist it--they have stated it may be something that will be looked at later on--well, i strongly believe the best revenue potential with the least amount of dilution would be to go this route--i think it will also be the most efficient and effective time wise where considerable capital will be raised--maybe i'm biased about it and it may actually work out to be more difficult than i think it would be. but if the spraytek79 can be utilized establishing how good we know it is i think the diffusion and recognition will spread a lot quicker than trying to build recognition among the financial sector because the proof of our technology will go directly to those who will see and benefit from it--financial people will always look for sales and who are our partners etc. and will be hesitant in doling out capital which will then in my estimation leave us to rely on those "vulture capitalist" who will look for the half warrants and hence greater dilution than we would like. but yes, i agree this can be potentially less dilutive but is a fairly difficult path and very much contingent on how successful management is at convincing financers to provide finances. let's see what happens. glta
