Opinion - one month from now stock is higher. All (most) signs point to that. We need the TSB report to know what is really there.
Fact - TSB report is over a month late.
Opinion - I think there is alot more reserves there than first indicated...I wont throw out numbers but my guess is its higher than most think. (if you want my numbers give me your email as I will not give mine out on this site)
Fact - again we won't know till the report is out when????
Opinion - they should get this info out soon so everyone knows what's there (bidders included) this is the fairest thing to us shareholders...let the market decide what they are worth.
Fact - market HATES delays and the share price is showing you that. It will continue to decline in my view until they actually show some accountability.
Opinion - If the share price doesn't respond to good news then sale of company is strong possibility. Hopefully at a much higher level, but that is no guarantee
Fact - We have no bidders. And no an unsolicited interest is NOT an offer. As such, its like me saying I have interest in buying your house...that in by no means is an offer. An offer has a NUMBER in it.
Opinion - insider buying gives me comfort this story is intact

So to sum up in short you want a share price idea? Well with options/warrants at .30 and .40 I predict high 30's low 40's unless this report is unreal, and unless there is an ACTUAL offer. I wish I could say higher and there is a possibility it could be much higher but I have to look at all the facts.
I think it's worth .60 plus but someone has to pay that, and at this point we can abrley find someone to pay .30
There is a discount with this stock for the lack of strong management in my opinion. I think these guys mean well and Tom is a great oil guy but I wonder about the execution of this play.
