"the legality of such complex deals"---you're such a bootlicking lackey. Whatever AXI management does you're going to apologize for. AXI can't close a $5 million deal in 4 months. The deal was announced on October 31st. Still no cash four months later. That's absurd.

Do you see the deals being closed in the iron ore sphere? $30, $40, $70 million financings are closing in a matter of days. If it's this hard squeezing a measly $5 million from XinXing, wouldn't it have made more sense to just do a private placement with a Canadian brokerage house? How about $5 million in flow-through shares? That would taken about a week to close.

If Wardrop had been paid in November the feasibility study would have been delivered already. Now I don't expect a feasibility study until May or June.
