RE: RE: RE: Moe, Larry or Curly I can't say much for the long hold that's been in this for years already that would make you feel better. I feel for you if you need the cash or otherwise have to get out soon. It's going to suck to realize a loss on an investment you've held for years already. But the fundamentals do not lie (unless this is BreX and our fundamentals are based on false information in which case we're all hooped). IF financing comes through and IF all the infrastructure cogs come into place, this one will do well. Those are two substantials IFs though as they need a bloody lot of capital to get it going, but with the fundamentals being so strong I took the plunge. I think we've seen the last of the equity dilution, so hopefully that will stop another pressure point on the SP.
I personally take a certain confidence in knowing that the private placement was totally un-necessary from a cash flow point of view (in spite of what Farhad might publicly proclaim about further exploration). It would have made much more sense for AAA to issue it in the future when the SP was higher to bring in more capital if it was about the money. There are so many players involved here that there can only be rational decisions moving forward (no crazy man with finger on the red button). The only rational reason I can think of for the private placement is for the corporate bagholders. Why did they choose now? Because the corporate bagholders (and likely AAA too) believe this is the lowest the stock will ever be going forward. They might be wrong and we might break below
.70 support, who knows, but if the company and institutional investors believe this is the lowest we'll see the SP at, I'm betting with them, which is exactly why I tried to double my position today at
.70 (got most of it, but no takers for my final 2,000 fill @
.70).
I also suspect the company will start becoming much more active promoting now that the corporate bagholders got their cake.
