Good article

Good article

https://www.miningweekly.com/article/asset-sales-at-the-end-of-first-uraniums-tunnel-2012-03-02

The article sums up what has happened pretty well, there's one part of it that I found interesting,

"The company said at its shareholder meetings to vote on the transactions, it would also pursue “an amalgamation, arrangement, discontinuance, dissolution, liquidation, winding-up or other reorganization... and to distribute to First Uranium shareholders all remaining property of the company following the transactions”."

What remaining property is there and how much is it worth? Anyone have any idea what they are talking about? Also, what claims being made are they talking about? Are they talking about lawsuits? Either way, it looks like 62 mil + whatever "remaining property" refers to. I'm hoping we still get a pop on EZ price, and a bidding war.
