The minium that shareholder would receive is actually more like 36.6 mil, which is 0.15/share. They have money that will only be release if there are no claims, i.e. lawsuits, made after the asset sale is approved. Think there won't be any of those? That fund will get depleted because if even one large shareholder like Sprott decides to send their lawyers after em that fund is in trouble. A class action suit may well develop if shareholders are not compensated adequately, especially with FIU's record. So no, 0.25 is not gauraunteed, in fact, under the current offer, I believe 0.25 would be an optimistic outcome.
