I should have been more specific...if you look closly you see initial payments of 36.6 to shareholders, and later, 25.4 to shareholders from escrow, + if you look even closer at other NR's the company says that property assets apart from MWS and EZ will be liquidated and given to shareholders, but I have no idea what they are talking about...were they working on other tailing dams that were uncompleted at the time of the sale and not part of this deal? I can't remember, but something is nagging at me...anways, initially 36.6 million to shareholders + 25.4 later = 62, 62/268 mil = 0.23/share. -> which equals shareholders being shafted.
