Lets put it this way, would you like to pay 1.75 for 1 share in 3 months when the stock is trading at $6?

Or would you like to sell the warrant for $4.50 that you just bought for
.25?

If you bought the share you would gain 6 times your initial investment, if you bought the warrant you would gain 18 times you initial investement.

In order to gain $6000 you would need to investe $1000 if you bought the stock but only $333 if you bought the warrant.

All these calculations is based on a "normal" find of 300 mbbl out of which Horn would get 180 mbbl or approximately 1.5 bbl per share valued at $4/bbl.

If its a duster than you would just have invested $333 instead of $1000.
