RE: G&G Concern-Sulphur
RE: G&G Concern-Sulphur The Roche Bay ore in the C-zone has 0.7% sulphur. This is high compared to most deposits worldwide (compare to Labrador Trough deposit). Their ongoing metallurgical testing program is focused on developing a process flow sheet, using sulphur flotation, that will create a final product with 0.07% sulphur. They may or may not be ultimately successful. The DFS, once it's delivered in Q4 2012, will describe exactly how much this sulphur flotation process will add to capex and opex.

Sulphur was concern and remains a concern. Roche Bay's C-zone holds low-grade ore (26% head grades) with relatively high sulphur content (0.7%). These are facts.
