I suspect they do not wish to release the 43-101 as this will allow the warrant holder to decide (in the coming weeks) if they want to provide cash for shares with the warrants.  Its a kicker.  Why would they release it before the warrants are exercised?  Well, for one, with management witholding the 43-101, they may get a 'bump' in share price.  Good for all....but there is a bigger story here.  If it goes up, they may sell a portion to pay off the share pruchases and the balance sits at a zero cost.

Bigger question for those much smart than I.  Why is this trading at $20 million in valuation?
