That .26 you keep calculating, your realize it's dependant on their being no lawsuits against FIU and the escrow fund being depleted? I have a news flash for you, class actions suits are inevitable in this situation, that's why the stock is trading at 0.15-0.17. The initial shareholder compensation will only be about 0.14-0.15/share, the escrow fund provides the extra 0.10 cents. Voting yes on these deals will not net you the .26 you are hoping for, that 0.10 cents will in all likelyhood be tied up in litigation for minimum 1-3 years - do you think the funds were put in place for fun? No. The company clearly expects lawsuits and claims against the assets, do you know why? It's because shareholders have lost 90%+ without an reasonable explanation, and to top if off poorly negotiated asset sales.
