RE: Critical Mass Hey, no that wasn't me. I would have sent it from me if it was. If there is recourse to sue, that sounds great. But after this deal we would just be suing ourselves. Just my first thought. Who does he propose to sue?
A bit to 30 mill still. I have 6 people on the list for 1.24m shares so far. Not including you and Lefmike, who didn't send me their shares unless I missed it. I know a number of other posters I have seen here havent sent me their amounts yet so this should grow.
We are getting around 100 views per message, so I know a lot of people are out there still in the woodworks. Everyone who wants to go on record against this so we have an idea of a running tally please post your shares against or pm me with your number. Every share counts. Tell me to add you anon, if you don't want me to post your id on the board.
On the plus side, I haven't seen anyone come out in favour as is, except the pumpers/ others with an agenda to push this through for a quick buck or for the bondholders.
