Business Summary February 03, 2012... the plan

Intertainment Media (TSXV: INT; OTCQX: ITMTF) develops programs and initiatives
that help brands connect with people. Focused on the integration of traditional
media with new, social and emerging media platforms, Intertainment is developing
strategies and implementing models that are designed to increase customer
engagement, using proprietary tools and services in combination with partner
programs. The company's core operations are divided into two segments: New
Media and Graphic Services.
The company's New Media division has three product offerings; itiBiti, Ad Taffy and
Ortsbo. The company also provides new media consulting and management
services on a fee basis to third parties. These services include marketing,
communications and new program development.
The itiBiti player is a desktop application that can be private labeled for third-party
brands and organizations. The private label program can be distributed to
consumers and once installed, the itiBiti player launches automatically every time
the computer is turned on. The platform includes full multi-media
(video/audio/flash), multiple links to the private label online activities, RSS/XML
feeds and a full suite of communications tools. With the commercialization of itiBiti,
the company's focus is on aggregating and creating private label platforms aimed
at the social media 'clusters' centered around brands, events and issues. The
company continues to evaluate extending its current product reach into the mobile
market.
In April 2011, the company announced that its desktop app KNCTR (pronounced
'Connector'), a key program of Intertainment's itiBiti division, had over 250,000
unique North American user installations in its first full month of market launch.
KNCTR allows users to aggregate their social media and voice services into one
location on their desktop.
The company has developed a geographically based target marketing system, an
advertising and promotional program utilizing mapping technologies to improve
online marketing, called Ad Taffy. Ad Taffy's development is substantially
completed and a commercialized product was tested in the marketplace in the
second quarter of FY 11 (June). The company expects to begin revenue-generating
programs in the second half of FY 11.
During the first quarter of FY 11, the company licensed the world-wide rights for
instant translation technologies from a third party and named them Ortsbo. Ortsbo is
a real-time translation technology for leading social media instant message
platforms and the Microsoft Outlook email platform. The Ortsbo instant message
technology allows people to chat from a single web site, in real time, in over 50

LiveJournal, Twitter and other systems. Ortsbo instant message will also be
available as a commercial private chat platform during FY 11. Ortsbo for Outlook, an

through its subsidiary, Magnum Fine Commercial Printing Limited. Magnum is
moving many of its clients' ordering systems to an online format, allowing them to
remote order and proof products online. In September 2009, Magnum acquired the
print, graphic and customer assets of Dye & Durham's print services division.
Magnum maintains the acquired assets in a new division called Dye & Durham
Media.
