Its projects include South Grass Valley, Kelly Creek, and Awakening. The South Grass Valley Project is located approximately 50 kilometers (km) south-southwest of Barrick Gold Corp.'s Cortez complex, within the specific region of north-central Nevada. The Kelly Creek Project is located approximately 40 km north-northwest of Battle Mountain in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Awakening Project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada, 50 km north-northwest of Winnemucca, and 4,000 meters north of the 4.8-million-ounce Sleeper Gold Mine. The Company controls a large strategic land position in the central Powder River Basin of Wyoming and operates the Nichols Ranch ISR uranium project.

Reason for Rise in Volume/Price?

I have the same question.

Suspect the deal with McEwen is a boost of confidence. Also believe NGE hired a PR firm sometime last summer so some funds are being spent to get the word out on this story. Question is - will they produce a proof of concept drill result in time to prevent another dilution of shares. If they do, this stock could rocket much higher. Half of Nevada is unexpored and if NGE's groudwater technology is shown to be effective this stock will move much higher very quickly.

Any other thoughts? Would love to hear other perspectives and insights. Thanks.
