AGM

AGM

Can someone please ask these questions for the AGM tomorrow.

1) Why is our shareprice so poor in relation to a) market cap and b) NPV value assessment?

2) Why is there clear manipulation of the stock and no action or investigations made?

3) Is Mineralfields' sale to Global Growth mean they are still selling shares? Or are they sitting on the remaining shares, or do they even have remaining shares?

4) Is Eric Lebeouf still involved with CRE with shares and is he still part owner of Paradox?

5) Why is JSL a geoligist in two other graphite companies?

6) Why are we so undervalued in comparison to other companies such as CLQ (.67), Nemaska (.40), Lithium One (1.11), Talison (3.65), Lithium Americas (1.12), Western Lithium USA (.275), and Rodinia (.23)?

7) If we get an off-take agreement, how and why will it shoot our price way up? What will an off-take agreement value us at?

8) Why does the market value us between .15 - .21?

9) What are we doing to move forward with production of the mine?

Thanks everyone, cheers,

Shelbs
