Really...please show me the clause where it says if AXI does not pay back $5 million that Xinxing gets the RB and Tuktu...first of all, Xinxing has nothing on Tuktu.  All dealings between Xinxing and AXI are for RB only.  So you've alread made a bone head statement to include Tuktu with RB..

Secondly, how does Xixning have a claim on AXI assets if the JV has yet to be entered into?  Xinxing only has 50% interest in RB once the JV is formed and when the $50 million is transferred to AXI (10 million of that going into the JV)...so for you to sit here on this board and claim that if AXI can't repay their loan means Xinxing can claim the AXI's assets (49.9% interest in RB and Tuktu) is the stupidest thing I've seen you post...and trust me your posts are for the most part stupid.
