I agree this is nothing but a bunch of 'lawyers only' rippoff the investors with huge compensation for as long as it lasts. This is the worst of its class. Scum bags and I actually fell for it. Typical weaklings in the BOD who hide and squirm, just like all the Ottawa feds close by.
