RE: 240 millin shares outstanding

RE: 240 millin shares outstanding

No I don't think that 250,000 shares are going to make a difference. I think we have 10 people with roughly 2.5 million shares right here. We also have an average of 70-80 reads on the good posts, and even if only half of these are stock owners who own 50,000 shares then lets say we have 4-5 million shares on stockhouse. Add to that the large shareholders who are not part of stockhouse and we have enough to put up a fight. I doubt large shareholders like Sprott are going to be happy with 0.19/share because at best they will be averaged at 0.60, more likely stuck around 0.80-1.00, not to mention all the little guppies who recently bought in thinking the share price was going to be 0.26/share - they won't vote yes now. Without a better offer I think FIU will be hard pressed to get this across, especially given Gold One's explicit assertion that EZ has had 400mil put into it, so 70 mil is a steal, and they will only have to invest 10-20mil more to make it profitable according to them.

As to voting...remember that EZ deal is cancelled if MWS is voted down, so voting down MWS will end everything. FIU management is trying to scare shareholders into voting yes, and that isn't a conspiracy theory, MWS is in no way valued at 335mil, every report I have read says there is billions in profit in MWS alone, so what a pile of shi*.
