Yeah, I recognize it is normal reporting.  I was just stating that, as far as I am concerned, the following represents just a meaningless technicality to me.

 

``Severstal no longer has beneficial ownership or control over Nord Gold and consequently no longer has beneficial ownership or control over the 630,627,472 common shares ("Common Shares") of High River Gold Mines Ltd.``

 

In my view, the person calling the shots before the Nord Gold listing is the person calling the shots now.  This is the same person with significant influence (on Severstal, Nord Gold and HRG) when Nord Gold recenly (boldly) borrowed millions of dollars from HRG and subsequently ended up buying up HRG common shares (also, knowing, HRG, a company which Severstal attempted to take over in the past).

 

How is this not a major abuse against minorities, I don`t know.
