RE: New name

RE: New name

You will own shares in the newly named company but your shares will be consolodated on a 1 for 10 basis. That is if they go through with that figure. In other words, if you have 100,000 of EZ, you will then end up with 10,000 shares of the newly named company.(WestKam Gold Corp)

It can be a good thing historically if you have the patience to wait it out. If in fact there is a discovery announcement pending as someone here has suggested, then this is what they need to do in order to get more financing. Typically a company with over 295,000,000 shares does not look as attractive as a company with only 29,500,000 shares. Makes the company look more viable in my view.

Typically the SP will take a nose dive upon such an announcement and dive further when the switch happens. Unless a positive news release happens. What we need, is an amazing announcement of a discovery to not only offset the negativity but also give the share holders a reason why the board felt the consolodation and name change was necessary.

As always, this is just my opinion. I am into this company for quite a bit so I am not the happiest camper right now. However, my motto is to be patient beyond what the normal shareholder would be and it has worked for me more or less over the years.

Good luck everyone!!
