I hope that PSN doesn't increase the dividend twice. Put the money into more tanks, build market share while they have a de facto monopoly.Even once competition arrives the real competition is the 400 bbl tank, not the other frac tanks. I also am going to go out on a limb and say that CORRE will not be the target. PSN's focus is water not cleaning oil sludge and soil. I'm still sticking by my opinion that Purestream will be the route they take to complete the vertical integration of water services.
