I have been buying as the stock price has been going down. It was  a surprise to see it drop this much. It is at times like these that you can take advantage of the short term panic. 

I would have thought that with the states moving forward on a part of the pipeline, it would be good news for the oil industry in the interior because we can move the oil out to where the market is. The oil industry will be able to get a better price for the oil on the larger world market.
