I think one of the reasons for themnot to do it uranicynic is that they are classed as insiders and they cannot acquire shares now without notification.  If they were to make an offer, you can almost bet that the SP  which is at 15 cents a share would baloon that very day and until the company is acquired.  I could see AGA offering  .30 and by the time the numbers are crunched the SP would swell to a significant number trippling or 4 times their offer price.  It's safer this way I bet,  they have a set price (rediculously low) but they know what it will cost if approved (hopefully won't be).  Otherwise they could very well be forced to pay what it's truly worth.  150-200 M for Ezee adn 700-800M for MWS...Still make money granted  but not as much.  Then they sell off Ezee when the markets improve for it.  So I guess in Short  if they tried to acquire shares they have to announce it to all of us..
