IMO, prices will start to move up when an announcement will be made on production cuts from the big producers or a new energy policy using NatGas.
I don't know what Obama is waiting to facilitate the use of NatGas by the 8 million truckers on the US highways. It could take less than 8 years to replace 80% of the conventional trucks by new NatGas engines. This would greatly reduce US dependancy on oil imports and would have an enormous impact on costs of transportation. Technology/safety issues on the way? Or is it somebody, somewhere is sleeping on the switch?
