I agree First Majestic management is better, they obviously negotiated a great deal for themselves to our detriment.  I truly believe we deserve a better deal than what is offered.  It makes no sense to do this at the beaten down price Silvermex is going for.  Why not wait until until the market strengthens?  New drill results will also be coming out and the recent drill results were very good.  Hopefully a much better offer will come along as there is no way I would support the current offer.

One last question is what is the hurry to do a deal at the market bottom instead of waiting a few months for the price to rebound?  Cheers, Dave.
