Your suggesting BAJ to own 100% of the mine, and we issue shares to the Koreans in Leau of their previous ownership(30%) of the mine. I don't think we can tag a
value on those shares and the Koreans would need some way to determine the # of shares issued them. About helping management, These manouveres are done to keep MK from getting rid of 2 of them (benefit to management I was talking about) and also to keep MK from getting their ears and noses into the boardroom to help them navigate a takeover on the cheap from people who believe these earnings of .90 per share per year will never materialize and that they don't deserve $10 per share (the stupids, there I said it). Perhaps management should appease the stupids with short term press releases geared at the Mn and new drill holes and production dates with numbers and costs (yes, just do their jobs).
