RE: RE: RE: RE: consider your options Well said colt. And to be clear, 4 years ago the stock was around 10 dollars. And didn't go substantially under 1 for long until May last. If he was in this for 4 years, I would think he would have way more then that invested.
So lets hear some analysis, vs scare tactics. That is such an obvious lie that you have 1.2m shares, and have been in this for 4 years, that it is hard to believe anything you say now, and you're so happy to sell for 15c, and maybe 25, when you would have bought at 10 dollars if you had been in it 4 years ago.
Further, that article was completely useless. The Analyst didn't even know First Uranium was a gold company, and kept talking how uranium was faring. Good job finding something, where the people discussing FIU clearly know so little about its actual operations. They didn't even realize these properties were all FIU's operating assets... Come on...
Well I don't know if you actually read the terms of the deal, but you'll be waiting at least 6 months to collect min, with this deal, and you're lucky and there are no surprise charges.
Further if you actually calculated the numbers, or looked back to many posts here doing so, you can see with a fair value on the assets, even with dilution, that it returns way more for shareholders. Also, to eliminate any liquidity problems, all we need to do is either, shut Ez or sell it, and buy back some bonds, and continue to operate MWS. However, this hasn't even been considered by management. Either way both prices offered stink. And I think I'll be trusting Sprott, vs someone caught in such an obvious lie just after they show up here on what a fair valuation for the properties are.
Also, if you've been here 4 years as you claim, and are a long term investor, what do you care if you have to wait a little longer...? Your words betray your true intentions I think...
So please just admit the truth, that you just bought and are trying for the quick penny, and are here just to scare us with no thought or care for the actual value of the company.
Then maybe we can have a real discussion.
