If pillio owns 1.2m shares he would be in control of .5% of First Uranium. Not a controlling interest or anything but a considerable number of shares for a retail buyer. The management team at First Uranium has been deceptive, ineffective and probably guilty of neglecting their fiduciary duties to the shareholders. I have an e-mail from Deon van der Mescht promising me good news on the debenture problem in the New Year. Could anything that has happened this year possibly be considered good news? When the cost per ounce at Ezulwini jumped from $1600 to $2200 last fall management offered the usual excuses but on this board several of us felt that an asset sale or shutting down Ezulwini was needed ASAP. If anyone was delusional it was FIU management. Why would any large shareholder trust these people?

Going forward I feel that our interest are more in line with Sprott and friends than any of the larger shareholders. We must be willing to risk it all to stop these sales and accept dilution if it comes to that. There's a lot of reasons why dilution would be a double edged sword but it does eliminate 150m in debt and the larger players like AGA will see their influence in FIU reduced.
