I dont understand why you cannot marshall a decent argument for voting yes...is it possibly because all shareholders may get is 0.14-0.15?
-Did you forget that 0.26/share assumes that FIU does not draw on the 10 million credit facility (if they do then the 70mil asset sale price of EZ is reduced to 60mil), it also assumes that there are no class actions suits against FIU - did you forget about Sprott, Olma and Patton? These guys have lawyers chomping at the bit waiting to file class actions.
- Or maybe you forgot that because of South Africa regulations the dividends cannot be fully distrubuted until certain conditions are met, meaning that the earlist you could gain your dividend is 2013.
I would like you to tell me where the yes vote is going to come from please? Because I have crunched the numbers and there is no one. We have the big shareholders on our side. We have the small shareholders on our side.
We will defeat the asset sale.
