LNG & the Chinese

I'm convinced that Xinxing is pushing for an LNG solution.  In fact, LNG is common practice in China. In many of the southern provinces of China, which are far away from  domestic coal producing provinces in Northern China, the Chinese have built huge scale LNG power stations to provide power to the whole city, for industrial and residential users.  LNG is not new to the Chinese.
