You don;t just declare bankruptsy,  you have to have a very good reason,

Current account if I'm right are up to date,  the comapny has more funds coming in than what was going out, the debt was a problem but it was a paper debt at this point as the 1st big debt can be diluited, so you cna;t just "declare bankruptsy"  and that being said  even if you were broke let's say, if you have income you can negotiate those debts,  you only use bankrupsy as a last resort...  This is not an insolvent situation  not by a long shot... The guys who are sayign that are obviously not very knowlegeble I don;t think...

anyway  I have sent a number of private messages to people out there on the NO side  please review and hopefully react :-)
