not all doom and gloom for U.S. coal exports

Sometimes it's all about media spin. You would think that U.S coal exports had collapsed given the price action on producers of both met and non-bituminous coal such as BTU, WLT etc. But there's another story that I see just got picked up by AP and will make the media merry-go-round. Not big on CMK myself, but thought I'd share. This from the Winnipeg Free Press:
