It appears that ITG has put up a strong wall at 5.80. The sellers at this level are pretty scattered from what I can tell. ITG is a U.S. broker so it's probably a U.S. investor accumulating. Add that to the CIBC and Paradigm buys, means to me that the smart money is adding at this level ($5.80).
