The thing I don't get is why is it necessary to have the entire "Plan" completed without any production.  It seems like they are scared to get down and dirty and get into actual production.  When one piece of the puzzle is near completion all of a sudden a new piece pops up.  What would be wrong with having a mine producing to generate revenue that would pay for future expansion and save interest expenses?.  Isn't thatt the course most companies take.  In my opinion companies that burn up cash and lines of credit end up with great assets that someone else uses to make their millions.  This idea of Corpus Christie is nuts at this stage.  Lets get the rail spur completed first and generate some revenue while at the same time saving costs and making the mine more efficient.  If someone can explain their reasoning I would appreciate it.
