No I myself changed the number from 23% to at least a 40% chance

of hitting  oil on account that they found a little more than a sniff of oil

and gas in the first well drilled on the Alton block.

And as for Mr. Joe Schachter opiion on Fen's future; that's what it is; 

only an opinion. I have more faith in Fen Insiders who put their money

into what they strongly believe are Fens chances are of hitting oil or gas.
