Victoria Gold Corp VITFF

Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

Barrick drills on the Mill Canyon border

Barrick drills on the Mill Canyon border

In an earlier presentation there was a picture showing that Barrick Gold drills on the border to Mill Canyon (40 m from it) and they have not realeased any results (and probably never will before they own Mill Canyon)

This is only speculation from my side, if Barrick does hit god grades on the Mill Canyon border, they definitively wants to buy Mill Canyon, and thats would explain why they have not released any results yet. Such results could make it very hard to buy Mill from Victoria. Barrick will never release any results before they have reached any deal to buy Mill Canyon. I believe Barrick & Victoria Gold have already reached a deal, the question is, how much will they get?

I believe Victoria will/can get much more than 100 m for Mill, if Barrick does hit god grades on the border they could easily pay up to 500 m (or more?). Remember what Barricks chief geologist said about the Red Hill, Gold Rush discovery only a kilometer from the Mill border:

”This is the most exciting project I’ve seen in my career”

This is the chief geologist for the largest gold company in the world!

What is a fair price for Mill Canyon in your opinion?
