RE: RE: This is not GOOD Doom and Gloom? The doom and gloom has already occured for investors who entered at much higher prices. These shares were indirect ownership so who could that be? Stock is already priced as the deal is dead. You can try and put all the spin you want on this. These are the facts:
- Stock price .035 and absolutely limited buying interest
- CEO stepped out (for personal reasons or not) it creates a gap and escalates risk.
- There has been insider transactions at these low price levels albeit the dispositions were indirect ownership. Why were they not buying at these levels.
- If the farmee had the funds in place today, conditions could be removed. There has been no announcement so I conclude they are still sourcing funds.
- My interpretation is the Farmee can not advise they do not have funds until April 30 and must use reasonable efforts or they may be in breach.
I feel for those that have lost on this stock. .20 will be a tough recovery given the current circumstances.
You continue to post irrelvant info, possiblies and maybes, and I will continue to post factual information good or bad. It's too bad the transactions were dispositions because if they were acquisitions that would have given me confidence to buy in.
