It's true all companies should be actively working to increase value for shareholders.  I think what this RNS signifies is that the BoD recognize the shares are very undervalued relative to resources/assets/production and they wish to actively work to resolve this. 

Of course we already have one strategy being implemented to create value for shareholders, i.e. renovate the plant and ramp up back to full production.  It's good that the BoD are not content with this and are being ambitious and exploring further ways to create value. 

The panel of directors and financial people they are bringing together will hopefully draw up some plans and we will hear updates soon.

Taking a medium-long term view I am quite optimistic as we seem to be meeting our targets and the BoD are clearly determined to keep pushing and get things done.
