recent trading....

recent trading....

in the past few days, the trading has been interesting.  either someone is front running some news that is not yet public or someone is shaking the tree trying to free up some shares.  i dont know which. the next chapter of LFD is very cloudy in my view.  the deal is suppose to be approved by may 1. so as we get closer to that date (now less than two weeks away), the stock price should go up, to capture the $.21 nav.  yet lfd has been trending down, not up. what does that say? hard to now. also, krg approval is by may 1, not on may 1. so when it is approved, then lfd can do a news release. since no news, one can only assume that krg has not yet approved this deal.  is this why the stock is trending down, or is someone just shaking the tree to grab more stock before the deal is approved and closed. ....im not sure.

comments?  whats your view peter schiff?
