A few months ago they were trying to pay off close to $400 000. in share for debt. I don't know if it was approved or accepted by the exchange. Possible this is a way of getting that creditor paid off if the shares for debt transaction was denied. We've seen stranger things here, such as trying to issue warrants as a pp (not allowed).
