RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Wow

I also believed the sp was being manipulated in Feb 2011 as noted from a letter I sent to BAJ :

" Further to my previous letter, this post has been added "Again, the usual SP manipulation... Selling a few shares before closing into the bid (to their buddy)... Same game since weeks..."  This post was in reference to the dive in shareprice which occurred friday. This poster or those manipulating our shareprice should be halted."

Maybe I'm a little bit of a conspiracy theorist?

From BAJ' complaint to the BCSC:

"Unknown date prior to April 8, 2011          Mount Kellett acquires 10% of Baja’s shares"

Maybe I was noticing the accumulation by MK of over 30 million shares with little sp improvement. Pull up a five year graph of BAJ sp and will also notice from JULY 2010 to May 2011 considerable volume. Same sort of volumes were seeing again now. Lots of volume moving sp a few percent and a little volume to sell late in the day and drive sp back down . Take their big ask out of the que. All the traders been looking at that big imaginery ask all afternoon. Send your lettr to BAJ and maybe they will forward it to the BCSC (as the guy they last sent their complaint has been fired at the BCSC.)
