So Mr Brown has acquired in the public market 320,000 shares for a total of $42,550 so far this year.

That seems a substantial investment to make so must be expecting something?

 

Also, I noticed he had 130,000 options expire at .20 cents.  Obviously makes sense not to exerices those at this time but what is the significance of this if any?
