RE: RE: After Meeting I was having dinner with two investment bankers last night and the topic of BAJ came up----one of the guys indicated his management warned him (others in the firm) not to even consider manipulating shares if pressured by MK (Assuming MK has some type of professional relationship with his firm). The manager requested him or anyone else in the firm to report back to him if any pressure was applied. My friend could not disclose any more details---I did not push him to do so either---that’s not ethical to disclose internal operating details with clients.
My first thoughts were--MK may be behind this stock price manipulation?---yes, they have lost "near-term" value on the books (ie not a real loss)---but if they gain control---will greatly benefit!....at the cost of other long-term shareholders.
If anyone discovers (and has facts) of MK putting pressure on other investment firms--please report this illegal activity.

It seems that investors aren't to bullish on a company that MK is constantly meddling in.
After the vote , even if gold wins , I'm willing to bet that MK has a plan B. Still keeping the SP depressed , the more discouraged investors get the more likely they are to sell. Thats what MK wants , but their not getting my shares ,”
Irishmidas was spot on!
