Davies' departure strikes me as a bit odd also. I always found her to be quick and informative with responses to my emails. In fact I emailed just last week and she answered promptly. There is also a new presentation dated April 25th. on the Terrex website, and Davies is still listed as CEO. (In the presentation they talk of raising $25-30 million this year. ) Whatever caused her departure seems to have occurred rather quickly.
