My concern is that if the markets really believed another offer was forthcoming, we would see TRR trading at a premium to the offer price.

The offer is low in comparison to all analyst targets and the price TRR traded and did placements at  last year. why would management accept this, when its propects going forward are so bright? The offer gives us nothing for Jermone, Chester, expansion and infill drilling already undertaken.
