I am completly floored that FIU management has decided not to acknowledge the amount of shareholder opposition to this aset sale...I mean, they are not even pretending that they are acting in shareholder's best interest anymore, unless you count AngloGold. I think the article said it best 

 

"the deal for AngloGold to buy MWS was an insider transaction, given the fact that Africa’s biggest gold producer is also the biggest shareholder in First Uranium." 

 

It also looks like we will be getting some serious backing from the large shareholder group 

"Betsky is betting on rounding up yet more shares by the mid-June vote by accessing First Uranium’s shareholders list and contacting investors directly, to the extent allowed without having to embark on a proxy battle."
